Grace has made tremendous progress since her first day at TGDS when she was just a tiny puppy at three months of age. Her petite size and laid back personality prevented her from feeling comfortable in the main playgroup of dogs. To help her gain confidence and ensure that she had a positive and fun experience while here, she got to spend some time with a small group of close friends. Grace very quickly realized that she was missing out on all the fun by being shy and soon began running around with the whole group, playing with all her new friends.
Don’t let her cuteness fool you though. Grace has a mischievous side that she shows when least expected! On occasion, when the staff is preoccupied, Grace will steal their slip leads and entice other dogs into a game of tug of war or drag it under the play equipment to chew on! When caught, she feigns innocence or tries to place the blame on the other dogs! In such a short period of time, Grace has stolen the hearts of everyone (both two and four legged!) with her old dog soul. She has a knack for making every new dog feel welcome and at ease in the sometime overwhelming daycare environment. We look forward to continuing to watch Grace grow and mature into the wonderful adult we know she will become.
